After creating TETRIS, An interdisciplinary collaboration with visual artist Nati Shamia Opher, examined social patterns by inspecting audience-performer-space relations. Noa Dar concentrates in ARNICA on the internal private spaces and their relationships with the disturbing outside surroundings.

ARNICA collects and presents 17 short solos (1-4 min.) created during the last decade. Laying these solos side by side enables a retrospective observation which examines difference, contradiction and similarity between the inner world and its environment.

ARNICA is performed by Noa Dar and 2 dancers that have worked with her over the last years: Shira Rinot and Michal Mualem. To this performance, joins the musician Uri Frost who collaborated with Dar in her creations: "In a Dark, Dark Land” (Israel Festival, 2003) and TETRIS (Acco Festival for Alternative Theater, 2006).

The Solos that compose the evening are from Dar's works: "Achilles' Tendon" (commissioned by Curtain Up1999), "Strange" (Commissioned by Curtain Up 2000), "Water Music" (Commissioned by the Kibutzim Chamber Orchestra 2006) and "Arnica" (commissioned by the Israel Festival, Jerusalem, 2007)
