8 years have passed since Noa Dar created her last work for children.
So we are very excited towards the new creation's world premieres to be held as part of the wonderful "Flying" project, of the National Lottery: Performances will be held on 2, 5 & 7 of August 2012, in the cities of Maalot in the north, Beer Sheva and Tel Aviv, respectively.
In this work – Noa cooperates with a group of exceptional artists: the writer Shira Geffen, composer Daniel Solomon, designer Polina Adamov and video artist Tamara Erda.
The 3 dancers who are creative partners are Stav Marin, Maayan Horesh and Or Avishai.

Five new works, including Noa Dar’s creation, are the winners of the unique project "flying", initiated this year, by the National Lottery and designed to expose audiences of children and youth, to a high quality of artistic dance.
Each of the 5 winners – will receive a budget of 100,000 ₪ for the full creative development and for the production.
These 5 winning works will be exposed at three premiere performances at the end of July 2012, in three cities across the country – north, center and south. Each event will present all the winning works
In September 2011, 5 years after creating Tetris and winning the Honorable Mention Prize at the Acco Festival in 2006 – Noa Dar returns with her distinguished and acclaimed work: Tetris.
Up until now, after performing in three continents, aroused a strong interest and received great appreciation,
Tetris returns for 10 exclusive performances in a single week: 19th to the 24th of September.
2 shows per day : 20:00 & 22:00, at it's best location: The Noa Dar Dance Group Studio in the center of Tel Aviv.

The tour of The Dream is a Great Painter in Arabic, came to it’s exiting climax this week, with 6 performances for the children of Kallanswa.

Noa Dar won The National Lottery Award in the Dance' creators category. The Landau prize for the Performing Arts is awarded to artists who contributed significantly for the Arts in recent times. 303 applicants competed this year for ten awards of 50,000 shekels each. Prizes will be awarded at a ceremony to be held on November 29 in the center of "please touch" in Tel Aviv.
Artists were selected by committees appointed professional judgments for each category. The committees consist of representatives from academia, Landau Prize winners in previous years, art critics, and leading artists.

Noa Dar is working now on Banu (We came), a continuation and a mirror image to her last work – Anu (Us), which had it's premiere in the frame of Curtain Up & Int. Exposure, in December 2009.
A special presentations of the work in progress, together with Anu, will be at "Ma'hol Lo'het" Festival in Suzanne Dellal on 9th & 10th of July.
A talk with Noa will take place after each show.

Noa Dar has just won the 2009Creation Prize from the Ministry of Culture’s. This highly esteemed prize, is being given once in 2 years, for only one choreographer, as an appreciation award for her entire body of works.
The Award's ceremony will be held at Suzann Dellal,
on the 24th of January, 2010
